All custom designed programs also come with a 30 minute (approx) tutorial outlining the basic use of your new system. All tutorials are available to all registered users anytime to watch as many times as needed.
But, you may ask, what if I already have a system, however, I don't have an in-house help desk for my users?
EasyCloudUS can help you too. We offer subscription based Level 1 Help Desk Support on a per user instance as well as per hour (cummulative, based on 1 minute increments and a 5 minute minimum per instance).
We are able to also offer Level 2 Help Desk Support, however, for Level 2 Technical Support we will need limited access to your system to learn how it works and to help trouble shoot user issues.
